Vacant Property Protection Price List
Weekly Rental Charges:
- Steel Window Protection up to 3mx3m - £5.15
- Security Door - Keyed - £20.56
- Security Door - Digital - £36.72
- Smart Alarm - £65.21
- PIR for smart alarm - £7.46
- Onsite Security Guard - CALL
- Security Guard Patrol - CALL
Additional Charges:
- Security installation / removal fee - £250.00
- Additional site visits - £80.07
- Smart Alarm response call out - £65.04
Rental Agreement Terms:
- Minimum Hire Period: 4 weeks
- Our payment terms are 14 days from invoice
- Access visits are charged at £85 per hour or part thereof
- Jobs cancelled on the same day are charged at £100
- A surcharge for works out of hours is @ £350.00
- Waiting time on site is charged at £70 per man per hour
- Oversize window openings with an area in excess of 3m2 are charged in multiples of 3m2
- The client is responsible for any loss or damage to the hired equipment
- Temporary removal of equipment and subsequent resecure are charged at £100 per visit
